Please ensure that your ADDITIONAL PROFILE INFO is completed and up to date by filling in all required fields on the My Account page. The following information must be entered accurately:
- Swimmer’s full name(s) and date(s) of birth
- For officials: Official code and preferred sessions
- For parents with multiple swimmers: Please include all swimmer names in the Additional Profile Info section. During checkout, at the “Shipping Method” step, kindly specify which swimmer the entry is for.
IMPORTANT: Only 1 swimmer can be checked out at a time
Steps to Enter:
- Select your required Gala event via View Gala/SHOP ALL
- Under SELECT OPTIONS, choose your strokes and then the events you wish to enter.
- If applicable, add the GALA SURCHARGE fee.
- Your selected events will be added to your MY CART
- Proceed to checkout
- At the “Shipping Method” step, kindly specify which swimmer the entry is for.
- Proceed to payment.
- You will receive a Payment Confirmation email once the transaction is complete.
- All Gala entries submitted and paid for through the portal will be forwarded to Cape Swimming for processing in the relevant Gala event
- Repeat for multiple swimmers.
